The text-to-binary and binary-to-text conversions on this site run with plain JavaScript in your browser tab, using charCodeAt and String.fromCharCode against standard ASCII. Nothing you type into the converter, and nothing you paste into it, is transmitted to a server or written to a database anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.
Two third-party services are active on this domain: Google Analytics (GA4, property tag G-WFT9CBX1N5) for aggregate traffic counts, and Google AdSense for the ads that fund the guides and the ASCII reference table. Both can set cookies once you accept them in the banner shown on first visit; declining leaves the converter and every guide fully usable, just without ad personalization or analytics tracking on that visit. You can revoke or reset that choice at any time in your browser's own cookie settings, independent of this site.
